We always say about Manor Cottages that we’re ‘on the ground’. This means we’re hands on and that our telephone bookers (who all sit in our office in Burford) will all have been to the property and this means they know the look and the feel, they know where the nearest pub is, what the garden is like and so on.
When a potential holiday guest is on the phone to book, the knowledge of each individual property will help make the perfect match, something that, in turn, leads to positive holiday experiences and repeat bookings. We’re not a call centre, we’re locals to the Cotswolds, knowledgeable and helpful.
